Remove flowers from box immediately. While keeping the heads wrapped, cut 1 inch off the stems and put each bunch in water. Leave wrapped bunches in water for an hour before unwrapping heads to arrange into vases. Remove outer protective petals from roses and any greens from the part of the stems that will be in water. Greens can contaminate the water which could contaminate your flowers. If heads droop submerge entire flower in water for one hour to re-hydrate. Re-cut stems and change water on the third day you've had your flowers. For best results, display your roses away from direct sunlight, extreme heat or cold.

    Product was true to its description as shown on the website. Delivery was right on time and packaged absolutely perfect. Long stem roses were exactly as the website presented itself and well worth the price. Definitely will use this site again.

    Hi, Just because the 14th is a crazy day for flower delivery. This year I asked to have flower delivered on the 13th.I placed my order two weeks in advance. I asked to have them delivered befor 3PM,thats when my fiance leaves work. I was told it shouldn't be a problem. they were delivered 43 minutes after 3pm.
    A hundred and fifty dollars, for roses and she's coming home empty handed.the thrill is gone. of course she got the flowers the following morning when she returned to work. Its just that, I told my fiance to expect something on the 13th. The dark chocolate strawberries I also sent to her got there on time. I'm sure you get the point. Its a let down for her and a disappointment for me.
    But I'm still going to buy from your company, your service up to now is impeccable an the quality of your roses are the best.
    This is just a reminder that people make mistakes. Thank you for your interest in my opinion.

    48LS - We are sorry that the flowers arrive late. The flowers were delivered using FedEx's Priority Overnight Service. Due to the weather and the large amount of flowers they had to deliver they ran late on their deliveries. We apologize for this issue.

    delivered 2 days later, roses in poor condition

    Gave my wife's cell phone number for her to receive the call when roses were to be delivered. My wife waited, never receive a call in the day roses were supposed to arrive, December 23rd. Roses left at or condo gate on December 26th. Roses stems had no protection at the end.


    48LongStems - Jose, just to confirm our phone, you have been given credit for the flowers. I apologize that you flowers got caught up in the large amount of packages that FedEx moves during the Christmas season.

    When I asked my wife to marry me I did it with 100 roses in the Eucharistic chapel.

    Now on our special anniversary of this date I was able to find this source for more bulk roses. They were great! Thanks.

    THESE ROSES WERE PRESENTED TO OUR DAUTHER-IN-LAW AND HER NEW BABY GIRL. SHE WAS EXTREMELY DELIGHTED TO RECEIVE THESE ROSES. MY SON STATED OVER THE PHONE THAT HE HAD TO PURCHASE FLOWER VASES LOCALLY. INDEED, FIFTY BEAUTIFUL ROSES NEEDS BEAUTIFUL VASES! THANKS AGAIN!

    I recently ordered 48 long stem roses for delivery to a hotel in Washington DC for an anniversary celebration. My experience was mixed. The person (Michael) with whom I dealt on the telephone was delightful, helpful, courteous. The flowers, however, were a disappointment., Although they had been refrigerated at the hotel, the stems were very dry.. There was no system or effort to keep the stems moist while in the box. The roses were packaged very densely, and the petals on at least 1/4 of the roses were falling off, Others were droopy. I had hoped to be able to order again from 48stems, but the quality of the product I received does not encourage me to do so., I shall send a few photos to give you an idea of the problems encountered.'

    Good service, good product

    A mistake in color of flowers sent was quickly rectified so that red roses arrived on anniversary day.

    The flowers are beautiful. An interesting note, in taking pictures of the red roses, I discovered that two different digital cameras could not capture the wonderful deep red. They turned the red to a lighter shade of red with and orange tint.
